Symposium is an homage to culinary arts in their purest Mediterranean form: good company, good food and wine, and of course the conversation to follow. This is the story of one Sunday when a group of friends gather to eat and to talk; to share food, feelings, and even philosophical reflections. A birthday that could be any other celebration, because what matters most is gathering around the table — whatever the pretext — and the atmosphere of slow enjoyment, distraction, entertainment, and sharing. From the viewpoints of carefully placed cameras, what is captured here is not real faces or concrete situations, but a universal moment in time.

Proud to announce that "Landscape - everything is Life -" is among the finalists of "Roma Cinema Doc 2020"

A documentary that brings us into the confines of existence.
Love, respect and enthusiasm for life in a complicated path, condemned by a lethal diagnosis. A journey in the limit of time, where you can meet the meaning of life and death.

The award for best short film of the 9th edition of Devour! The food film fest, goes to Distance, short stories about food by Italian director Luigi Capasso.

The jury, composed of British Film Institute's Justin Johnson, award-winning journalist Rita DeMontis and award-winning documentary filmmaker and film festival programmer Peter Stein, praised and awarded the Best Short Drama, Distance - short stories about food - by Canadian-based Italian director Luigi Capasso. The jury felt that "this wonderfully shot film conveys how food can be memory, love, comfort and emotion across time and boundaries.
